This afternoon I was given the privileged by Stefanie’s mum to come with her to the special presentation of Mon Monogram at Louis Vuitton Sheraton Hotel Surabaya.
The Mon Monogram (which means My Monogram in English) has been introduced world wide for quite some time already, but it only has just arrived here therefore a special one-to-one presentation was arranged for Stefanie’s mum as she’s one of the VICs there.
To be honest, I’m not sold by the whole idea. Yes, it’s a great idea and the choices were extensive (the colour combo, stripes, and the initial) but… It sucks that it cost 50% more than the normal item and its only available to Speedys and Keepalls.
It’s pretty cool that each Mon Monogram order is submitted online, and each product comes with a special custom-made date code. Before submitting the order we can actually preview how the item will look like. And how do I know that??
‘Coz Stefanie’s mum ordered a Mon Monogram Keepall 45 which is going to be ready in 8 weeks! How much it costs her? An awesome US$1450-ish…
Is that a good price? Anyone knows how much a Mon Monogram Keepall 45 cost?
Oh… Another good news is… My Damier Azur wallet is back from repair and it looks spanking brand new!
