Once again I’d like to congratulate Danny and Amelia for their first born baby son, Jason few days ago.
Wang was kind enough to share the photos of his first cousin nephew to me, so here we go…

Another year has passed. The year of the rat was quite a tough one for everyone, so lets hope that the Ox year is a better one!
Everyone I know was out with their family, so what did I do tonight?
As usual, we had our family gathering combined with a really really big dinner.
It was great to see everyone who came, and it was good to receive a slightly higher “income” from the Ang Pao (red pocket money) especially during a tough time like now… global recession… not good..

My legs are killing me… It’s my own fault walking around Tunjungan Plaza 4 from UG level to 5th floor..
I met with an old friend of mine today. His name is Anthony Halim, knew him during my Swinburne time back in Melbourne. He now lives in Jogja, a city in Central Java, and works at his dad’s business (development business and cars dealer).
It has been almost 3 years since the last time we saw each other, so it was good to be able to catch up with him again. It turns out that he’s also a BlackBerry user. His cousins who came along are also BlackBerry users, so I ended up getting three new PINs!
We went for two lunches (yes, my trainers will kill me if they found out about this…), the first one at Sushi Tei and then we moved to Hachi Hachi Bistro which is just opposite Sushi Tei. I know that was kinda sad… But they were only here for the weekend so they wanted to try different foods before they leave for Jogja tonight (they are driving…)
Oh did I tell you that they still want to go for another lunch at Abeng Kwetiaw Medan?? They are animals…
After hanging out with them, I went to Sutos to meet up with Arief (another old friend of mine back from junior high). We went to attend this gathering for Surabaya BlackBerry users. Everyone who turned up (and they all came late due to the heavy rain) was nice and very experienced in all things BlackBerry. I was the newbie… LOL!
Overall, it was very interesting to hear what they were saying about Indonesian mobile phone carriers, BlackBerry handsets, etc. It was informative indeed.
So I think everyone should get a BlackBerry now… Haha.. Anyway, I’m gonna sleep now.. Too tired…
